地理與環(huán)境學(xué)院的前身為地理系，是1950年山東師范大學(xué)建校伊始即設(shè)立的六個(gè)系科之一。七十多年發(fā)展，構(gòu)筑了地理學(xué)在山東的龍頭地位。學(xué)院師資力量雄厚，學(xué)科布點(diǎn)完善。學(xué)院現(xiàn)有教授19人，博士生導(dǎo)師15人，碩士生導(dǎo)師68人。擁有地理學(xué)一級(jí)學(xué)科博士學(xué)位授權(quán)點(diǎn)和地理學(xué)博士后流動(dòng)站，設(shè)有自然地理學(xué)、人文地理學(xué)、地圖學(xué)與地理信息系統(tǒng)3個(gè)博士、碩士學(xué)位授權(quán)點(diǎn)，擁有環(huán)境科學(xué)與工程一級(jí)學(xué)科碩士學(xué)位授權(quán)點(diǎn)，資源與環(huán)境工程專業(yè)碩士學(xué)位授權(quán)點(diǎn)，以及教育碩士（學(xué)科教學(xué)·地理）、教育碩士（職業(yè)技術(shù)教育·資源環(huán)境）2個(gè)專業(yè)學(xué)位招生領(lǐng)域。人文地理學(xué)、自然地理學(xué)是山東省重點(diǎn)學(xué)科，山東省強(qiáng)化特色重點(diǎn)學(xué)科。學(xué)院擁有山東省協(xié)同創(chuàng)新中心、山東省高水平應(yīng)用型專業(yè)群、山東高校重點(diǎn)實(shí)驗(yàn)室、山東省循環(huán)經(jīng)濟(jì)研究中心等發(fā)展平臺(tái)。近年來在研究生培養(yǎng)和科學(xué)研究方面取得了顯著業(yè)績。每年研究生獲國家獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金比例高于全校平均水平，較多研究生考上中國科學(xué)院各院所、北京師范大學(xué)等單位繼續(xù)深造；學(xué)院在研的國家自然科學(xué)和社會(huì)科學(xué)基金30多項(xiàng)，每年課題經(jīng)費(fèi)超過1000萬元。

College of Geography and Environment, formerly known as the Department of Geography, is one of the six faculties established when Shandong Normal University was founded in 1950. After more than 70 years’ development, it has occupied the leading position of geography in Shandong. With abundant teaching resources and perfect discipline distribution, the college currently employs 19 professors, 15 doctoral supervisors and 68 master supervisors. It boasts a  first-level doctoral discipline and a post-doctoral research station of Geography. The college encompasses 3 doctoral  and master’s programs, namely, Physical Geography, Human Geography, and Cartography and Geographic Information System, a first-level master’s discipline of Environmental Science and Engineering, and a professional master’s program of Resources and Environmental Engineering, and offers 2 professional degrees in Master of Education  (discipline teaching, Geography, and vocational and technical education, Resources and Environment). Human Geography and Physical Geography are key disciplines in Shandong Province. The college encompasses various development platforms, including Shandong Collaborative Innovation Center, Shandong High-level Applied Specialty  Group, Shandong University Key Laboratory and Shandong Circular Economy Research Center. In recent years, it has made remarkable achievements in postgraduate cultivation and scientific research. Every year, the proportion of  postgraduate students awarded national scholarship in the college is higher than the average level of the whole university, and a number of postgraduate students are admitted to various institutes of China Academy of Sciences, Beijing Normal University and other institutions for further study. Moreover, the college is engaged in more than 30 programs supported by National Natural Science Foundation of China and National Social Science Fund of China, with  annual research funds of more than RMB 10 million.

山東師范大學(xué)公共管理學(xué)院于2011年盛夏組建，是一個(gè)以“研究公共管理真問題”為導(dǎo)向的年輕學(xué)院。學(xué)院2022年有行政管理、勞動(dòng)與社會(huì)保障兩個(gè)本科招生專業(yè)，擁有公共管理學(xué)和政治學(xué)兩個(gè)一級(jí)學(xué)科碩士學(xué)位授權(quán)點(diǎn)和公共管理碩士（MPA）專業(yè)學(xué)位授權(quán)點(diǎn)。設(shè)有公共政策與社會(huì)治理研究中心、農(nóng)村發(fā)展研究中心、國家治理研究中心等知名研究機(jī)構(gòu)。

我院目前有在校學(xué)術(shù)學(xué)位研究生97人，MPA在校學(xué)生351人。共有學(xué)術(shù)型導(dǎo)師17人，專業(yè)學(xué)位專職導(dǎo)師46人，校外導(dǎo)師17人，副教授以上職稱或擁有博士學(xué)位的比例為94.73%，12人有海外經(jīng)歷。

Established in the summer of 2011, the School of Public Management is committed to study real problems and questions in public management. The SPM admits undergraduate students in majors of Administration and Labor & Social Security, postgraduate students in the first level disciplines of Public Management and Politics, and part-time students in the program of Master of Public Administration. It has established well-known research institutions such as the Research Center for Public Policy and Social Governance, the Research Center for Rural Development, and the National Governance Research Center.

At present, SPM has 97 academic postgraduate students and 351 MPA students. There are 17 academic tutors, 46 MPA tutors, 17 off-campus tutors, 94.73% of them have a title of associate professor or above or a doctor's degree, and 12 of them have overseas experience.

國際教育學(xué)院是我校招收和培養(yǎng)外國留學(xué)生、國內(nèi)外漢語國際教育專業(yè)學(xué)生的教學(xué)和管理單位，自1983年開始招收外國留學(xué)生，是全國最早招收留學(xué)生的高校之一。學(xué)院于2006年設(shè)立對(duì)外漢語本科專業(yè)（2013年更名為漢語國際教育），2007年開始面向全國招生，2020年獲批國家一流本科專業(yè)建設(shè)點(diǎn)。2009年獲批漢語國際教育碩士（MTCSOL）專業(yè)學(xué)位授權(quán)點(diǎn)，同年開始招收留學(xué)生碩士研究生，2010年開始招收中國碩士研究生。

學(xué)院現(xiàn)有專任教師28人，其中教授4人，副教授10人，具有博士學(xué)位的教師16人，碩士生導(dǎo)師17人，校外合作導(dǎo)師16人，省級(jí)、校級(jí)優(yōu)秀碩士生導(dǎo)師3人，校級(jí)“十佳教師”3人，校級(jí)教學(xué)名師1人。專任教師多年從事對(duì)外漢語教學(xué)，大多具有國外任教經(jīng)歷，具有較高的專業(yè)學(xué)術(shù)水平和較強(qiáng)的科學(xué)研究能力。學(xué)院高度重視學(xué)生實(shí)踐教學(xué)能力的培養(yǎng)，在韓國又石大學(xué)孔子學(xué)院、肯尼亞肯雅塔大學(xué)孔子學(xué)院、巴西帕拉州立大學(xué)孔子學(xué)院、韓國蔚山大學(xué)以及國內(nèi)部分高校建立了二十余個(gè)漢語國際教育專業(yè)實(shí)習(xí)基地，與俄羅斯、美國、羅馬尼亞、泰國、韓國、菲律賓等國外高校建立了長期的友好教育交流與合作關(guān)系，每年定期選派學(xué)生到國內(nèi)外參加實(shí)踐教學(xué)活動(dòng)，迄今已有300余名中外漢語國際教育碩士優(yōu)秀畢業(yè)生走向世界各地的工作崗位，成為國際中文教育事業(yè)的重要力量。

College of International Education is a teaching and management unit that admits and trains foreign students, and domestic and foreign students majoring in Teaching Chinese to Speakers of Other Languages. It has begun to admit international students since 1983 and is one of the earliest universities in China to admit international students. The college established the undergraduate program of Teaching Chinese as a Foreign Language in 2006 (renamed Teaching Chinese to Speakers of Other Languages in 2013), and began to admit students all over the country in 2007. In 2020, it was approved as a college with national first-class undergraduate programs. In 2009, it was granted to offer the  professional degree in Master of Teaching Chinese to Speakers of Other Languages (MTCSOL), and began to admit international postgraduate students. In 2010, the college began to admit postgraduate students from China.

Up to now, the college has been equipped with 28 full-time teachers, including 4 professors and 10 associate professors, 16 teachers with doctoral degrees, 17 master supervisors, 16 off-campus tutors, 3 provincial-level and school-level excellent master supervisors, 3 school-level “Top Ten Teachers” and 1 school-level famous teacher. The full-time  teachers have been engaged in teaching Chinese as a foreign language for many years, and most of them have the experience in teaching abroad, with high professional academic level and good scientific research capability. The college attaches great importance to cultivating students’ practical teaching ability, and has established more than 20 practice bases of Teaching Chinese as a Foreign Language in Confucius Institute of Woosuk University, Confucius  Institute of Kenyatta University, Confucius Institute of Pará State University, University of Ulsan and some domestic universities. It has established long-term friendly relations with various foreign universities in Russia, the United States, Romania, Thailand, South Korea and the Philippines for educational exchange and cooperation. Every year, the students are regularly assigned to participate in practical teaching activities at home and abroad. So far, more than 300 outstanding graduates of domestic and foreign postgraduates majoring in Teaching Chinese to Speakers of Other Languages have been offered to the whole world, and they have become an important force in international Chinese education.

山東師范大學(xué)化學(xué)化工與材料科學(xué)學(xué)院始建于1950年，建校時(shí)為數(shù)理化系，1952年院系調(diào)整，原齊魯大學(xué)（始建于1864年）化學(xué)系并入山東師范學(xué)院，正式成立化學(xué)系。2002年成立化學(xué)化工與材料科學(xué)學(xué)院。

College of Chemistry, Chemical Engineering and Materials Science of Shandong Normal University was founded in 1950 as the Department of Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry. In 1952, the Department of Chemistry of Qilu University (founded in 1864) was merged into Shandong Normal University and the Department of Chemistry was formally established. In 2002, the College of Chemistry, Chemical Engineering and Materials Science of Shandong Normal University was established.

The college now consists of the department of chemistry and the department of chemical engineering, with postdoctoral  scientific research station of chemistry, first-level doctoral and master's degree authorization of chemistry, first-level master's degree authorization of chemical engineering, the doctoral and master's degree authorization of theory of  chemistry education, the master's degree authorization of materials and chemical engineering, the master's degree training units of subject teaching (chemistry). The college has 124 graduate supervisors, including 32 doctoral  supervisors. There are 39 professors, 2 part-time academicians of CAS, 1 winner of the National Science Fund for  Outstanding Youth Scholars, 1 Changjiang Scholar Distinguished Professor of the Ministry of Education, and a number of provincial and ministerial level teaching and research innovation teams, such as the innovation team of the Ministry of Science and Technology, the innovation team of the Ministry of Education, the excellent innovation team of  Shandong Province, and national Huang Danian teacher team.

The discipline of chemistry is among Shandong Province's first-class discipline (2016) and Shandong Province Peak  discipline (2020, 2021), ranking among the top 1% of ESI global universities and scientific research institutions for  many years in a row. Chemistry of Shandong Normal University is among the Brand Major of Shandong Province and the Characteristic Major of the Ministry of Education. School of Economics boasts a first-level doctoral and master’s discipline of Theoretical Economics, and a professional master’s program of International Business, among which Population, Resources and Environmental Economics and World Economy are key disciplines in Shandong Province. In the Best Chinese Disciplines Ranking 2022, the first-level discipline of Theoretical Economics in the school has jumped from the 55th in 2020 to the 41st. The school encompasses 2 provincial-level scientific research teams, 1 provincial-level liberal arts laboratory and 6 school-level scientific research platforms, including 2 school-level key scientific research platforms.

The school is equipped with an internationalized doctoral teaching team, with 13 doctoral supervisors, 48 master supervisors and 48 off-campus tutors, including 6 experts in Shandong “Taishan Scholars”, Shandong “Qilu Cultural Talents” and Shandong “One-Hundred Theoretical Talents Program”. The teaching team has won one first prize in National Teaching Innovation Contest. 歷史文化學(xué)院是山東師范大學(xué)建校后最早設(shè)置的學(xué)院之一，已有七十多年的歷史，有逾萬名學(xué)生畢業(yè)，成為各條戰(zhàn)線的骨干力量。學(xué)院自上世紀(jì)80年代初開始招收研究生，現(xiàn)有集學(xué)士、碩士、博士、博士后流動(dòng)站為一體的學(xué)位授予體系和人才培養(yǎng)體系，擁有世界史博士后流動(dòng)站，世界史一級(jí)學(xué)科博士學(xué)位授權(quán)點(diǎn)，中國史、世界史一級(jí)學(xué)科碩士學(xué)位授權(quán)點(diǎn)。現(xiàn)有專職博士生導(dǎo)師10人、碩士生導(dǎo)師30余人，師資力量雄厚，導(dǎo)師各有所長，研究方向明確，教學(xué)認(rèn)真負(fù)責(zé)。

School of History and Culture is one of the earliest schools established after the foundation of Shandong Normal University. With a history of more than 70 years, the school has cultivated more than 10,000 students, who have become the backbone in various positions. The school has started to admit postgraduate students since the early 1980s, and at present, has established a degree awarding system and a talent training system integrating bachelor’s, master’s, doctoral and post-doctoral research stations. The school boasts a post-doctoral research station and a first-level doctoral discipline of World History, and first-level master’s disciplines of Chinese History and World History. Up to now, the school has 10 full-time doctoral supervisors and more than 30 master supervisors, with abundant teacher resources. 山東師范大學(xué)馬克思主義學(xué)部發(fā)展歷史悠久，底蘊(yùn)深厚。1950年山東師范大學(xué)建校伊始就設(shè)立馬列主義教研室，1960年新建政治系，2011年成立馬克思主義學(xué)院。2019年入選第三批全國重點(diǎn)馬克思主義學(xué)院。學(xué)院是教育部首批“三全育人”綜合改革試點(diǎn)院系、第三批“全國黨建工作標(biāo)桿院系”、團(tuán)中央“青年馬克思主義者培養(yǎng)工程”研究培訓(xùn)基地、山東省首批重點(diǎn)馬克思主義學(xué)院，榮獲“山東省先進(jìn)基層黨組織”“山東省教育系統(tǒng)先進(jìn)基層黨組織”“山東省五四紅旗團(tuán)委”等稱號(hào)。

School of Marxism has a long history and profound culture. The university set up the Marxism-Leninism Teaching and Research Office upon its foundation in 1950, established the Department of Political Science in 1960, and set up the School of Marxism in 2011. In 2019, it was selected into the third batch of National Key Schools of Marxism. The school is one of the earliest pilot departments of “all-round education” comprehensive reform by the Ministry of Education, and the third batch of “National Benchmark Departments of Party Building”. Besides, it is the research and training base of “Young Marxists Training Project” by the Central Committee of the Communist Youth League of  China and one of the earliest key schools of Marxism in Shandong Province. Moreover, the school has been awarded  the honorary titles of “Shandong Advanced Grass-roots Party Organization”, “Shandong Advanced Grass-roots Party Organization in Education System” and “Shandong May 4th Red Flag Youth League Committee”.

With abundant teaching resources and excellent running conditions, the school now has 120 in-service teachers, including 33 professors, 41 associate professors, 18 doctoral supervisors and 56 full-time and part-time master supervisors. In addition, it boasts 3 leading talents in philosophy and social science under the National Plan for the Special Support for Top-notch Talents, 1 top-notch young talent under the National Plan for the Special Support for Top-notch Talents, 3 talents under the National “Four-group” Talent Cultivation Project (in theoretical circle), 2 experts  in Marxism theoretical research and construction project of the central government, 1vice-chairman of the Education Steering Committee of Marxist Theory in Colleges and Universities of the Ministry of Education, 1 member of the  Education Steering Committee of Ideological and Political Theory Courses in Colleges and Universities of the Ministry of Education, and 5 experts enjoying special allowances from the State Council. 4 teachers have been respectively awarded the honorary titles of National Model Teacher, the Candidate of Annual Influential Teachers of Ideological and Political Courses in National Colleges and Universities, the Candidate of Annual National Counselors, etc. In addition, 10 teachers have been selected into Shandong “One-Hundred Theoretical Talents Program”. 12 teachers have been  respectively awarded the titles of Young Experts of Taishan Scholars, Qilu Cultural Talents, Famous Teachers of Shandong Province, Top Ten Excellent Teachers in Colleges and Universities of Shandong Province, Annual Influential Teachers of Ideological and Political Courses in Shandong Schools, Top Ten Model Teachers in Colleges and Universities of Shandong Province, Top Ten Counselors in Colleges and Universities of Shandong Province, Outstanding Party Members in Colleges and Universities of Shandong Province, Advanced Individuals of Party History Work in Shandong Province (awarded third-class merits by the provincial government), etc. The school has an independent office covering an area of 5,800m2 , a virtual imitation center with an area of 200m2 , and a library of 100,000 books.

The school boasts a sound training system and outstanding discipline strength. It is equipped with a complete talent training system for undergraduate, postgraduate, doctoral and post-doctoral students. The school encompasses a post-doctoral research station in Marxist Theory, a first-level doctoral and master’s discipline of Marxist theory, a first-level  master’s discipline of Philosophy, master’s programs such as History of the Communist Party of China, and a  professional program of Discipline Teaching (ideological and political courses). Marxist Theory is a peak discipline in Shandong Province, and has been rated as “A-” in the fifth round of national discipline evaluation on the basis of “B+”  in the fourth round, making a historic new breakthrough. It is among the top 5% and ranks the 14th in the “Best Chinese Disciplines Ranking 2022”, and has been awarded the five-star discipline in China University and Discipline  Evaluation Report by Cuaa.Net. At present, the discipline is provided with 6 ministerial and provincial level platforms, such as Shandong Normal University Base of the Research Center for Xi Jinping Socialism with Chinese Characteristics in the New Era of the Ministry of Education, Shandong Key Research Base of the Theory of Social Sciences (Research Base of Contemporary Marxism in China, Shandong Research Base of Ideological and Political Education), and Shandong Research Institute of Contemporary Marxism in China.

The school is of distinct teaching features and has achieved remarkable results in reform. Up to now, the school offers 3 undergraduate programs, including Ideological and Political Education, Marxist Theory and History of the Communist Party of China. Ideological and Political Education is a national first-class major, a national characteristic major, a brand major of Shandong Province, and a key construction major of Shandong elite school project. Marxist Theory  implements the integrated training mode of undergraduate, postgraduate and doctoral studies. The school has been approved to establish 4 ministerial and provincial level teaching and research platforms for ideological and political courses, including the “hand-in-hand” collective lesson preparation center for ideological and political courses in national colleges and universities, the studio for famous teachers of ideological and political courses in national colleges and universities, the studio for famous teachers of ideological and political courses in colleges and universities of Shandong Province, and the integrated construction guidance center for ideological and political courses in universities, secondary schools and primary schools of Shandong Province. Since 2019, the school has been awarded 17 national, ministerial and provincial level ideological and political education reform projects and won 3 provincial-level teaching achievement awards. 3 ideological and political courses have been approved as the provincial first-class  courses. Teachers of the school have won 23 awards in national, ministerial and provincial level teaching competitions of ideological and political courses, including one special prize and one first prize in the 1st Teaching Exhibition of  Ideological and Political Courses in National Colleges and Universities, one first prize and one second prize in Shandong 9th Teaching Achievement Award (Higher Education), and one first prize in Shandong Teaching  Achievement Award (Elementary Education).

The school has made rich academic achievements and achieved excellent social reputation. Since 2019, the school has established 17 projects supported by National Social Science Fund (including 4 major projects and 3 key projects), 1 key subject research project on philosophy and social sciences of the Ministry of Education, and more than 30 ministerial and provincial level projects. In addition, the school has publtemporary World and Socialism, etc., anished 23 academic works in People’s  Publishing House, etc., and more than 230 papers in CSSCI source journals such as Philosophical Research, Studies on  Marxism, Cond People’s Daily, Guangming Daily, Economic Daily and Qiushi. Moreover, one achievement of the school has been selected into the national library of philosophy and social sciences. The school has won 14 outstanding achievement awards in social sciences in Shandong Province, including 1 special prize, 4 first prizes and 5 second prizes. Academy of Fine Arts, formerly known as the Department of Arts and Sports and established in October 1950, is the earliest higher art education unit in Shandong Province. In November 2003, the Department of Fine Arts was renamed the Academy of Fine Arts. In 1993, Fine Arts was approved as the first master’s program of arts in Shandong Province.  In 2003, the academy was approved to offer the degree of Master of Fine Arts. In 2004, Fine Arts was awarded as a provincial-level key discipline of humanities and arts in Shandong Province. In 2005, Art Theory was approved as the first-level master’s discipline, and in 2006, it was awarded as a provincial-level key construction discipline in Shandong Province during the “11th Five-Year Plan” period. In 2008, Fine Arts was awarded as the major with brand characteristics in Shandong Province. In 2017, the academy was approved to provide the first-level doctoral discipline of Fine Arts, and in 2019, it was approved to set up a post-doctoral research station in Fine Arts, which was a major breakthrough in the higher fine arts education of Shandong Province. At present, the academy boasts four professional master’s programs, namely, Art Theory, Fine Arts, Design and Education, among which the first-level discipline of Art Theory is a provincial-level key discipline in Shandong Province during the 12th Five-Year Plan period. In 2020 and 2022, Fine Arts and Environmental Design were approved as national first-class majors respectively. In the fourth round of national discipline evaluation, Fine Arts was evaluated as Class-B discipline, ranking the 19th nationwide and the 1st in Shandong Province.

The academy adheres to the development policy of “promoting scientific research by teaching and leading practice and teaching by scientific research”. It has a number of national and provincial influential academic leaders in art creation, theoretical research and art education. At present, the academy is configured with 80 faculty members, including 10  professors and 34 associate professors, with rational structure of teaching team and distinctive professional characteristics. In recent years, the academy has made remarkable achievements in teaching, scientific research and  talent cultivation. Being awarded several projects supported by National Social Science Fund of China and China  National Arts Fund, the academy has published many papers in core journals. Besides, teachers and postgraduates of the academy have won multiple awards in national competitions. 山東省齊魯文化研究院是以弘揚(yáng)和傳承齊魯文化、服務(wù)山東文化強(qiáng)省建設(shè)和當(dāng)代中國文化建設(shè)為宗旨的高等研究機(jī)構(gòu)。1999年，學(xué)校整合全校文、史、哲學(xué)術(shù)力量，正式組建齊魯文化研究中心。2001年3月，山東師范大學(xué)齊魯文化研究中心成為教育部人文社會(huì)科學(xué)重點(diǎn)研究基地。2013年，齊魯文化研究中心改建為山東省齊魯文化研究院。同年，學(xué)校依托山東省齊魯文化研究院組建“齊魯文化傳承與山東文化強(qiáng)省建設(shè)協(xié)同創(chuàng)新中心”，2020年入選山東省高校示范協(xié)同創(chuàng)新中心。2022年，山東省齊魯文化研究院成為首批尼山世界儒學(xué)中心研究基地和首批山東省社科理論重點(diǎn)研究基地。

School of Qilu Cultural Studies is an advanced research institute for the purpose of carrying forward and inheriting Qilu culture, and serving the construction of a cultural strong province of Shandong and contemporary Chinese culture. In 1999, the school integrated the academic strength of literature, history and philosophy, and formally established QiluCultural Research Center. In March 2001, Qilu Cultural Research Center of Shandong Normal University became a key research base of humanities and social sciences of the Ministry of Education. In 2013, Qilu Cultural Research Center was reconstructed into the School of Qilu Cultural Studies. In the same year, relying on the School of Qilu Cultural Studies, the university established the “Collaborative Innovation Center for Inheriting Qilu Culture and Building a Cultural Strong Province of Shandong”. In 2020, the center was selected as a demonstration collaborative innovation center in colleges and universities of Shandong Province. In 2022, the School of Qilu Cultural Studies was one of the earliest research bases of Nishan World Center for Confucian Studies and the earliest key research bases of social sciences theory in Shandong Province.

The school integrates literature, history and philosophy research, fully embodies the school-running characteristics of  Shandong Normal University, and is equipped with a scientific research and teaching team with high academic qualifications and titles, rational age structure and strong research strength. At present, there are 11 doctoral supervisors, 1 teacher under the “National Plan for the Special Support for Top-notch Talents”, 2 “Taishan Scholars” in Shandong  Province, 1 “Qilu Cultural Talents”, 2 “Dongyue Scholars” and 2 “Nishan Scholars” in the school. The School of Qilu Cultural Studies has long been based on the academic frontier, given full play to the advantages of gathering scientific  research talents and interdisciplinary research of the base, and conducted studies on Qilu culture and Chinese traditional culture from multiple levels and perspectives. As such, it has formed a research direction with distinctive characteristics, achieved fruitful research results and imposed wide influence in academic circles at home and abroad.

Business School of Shandong Normal University boasts a post-doctoral research station in Management Science and  Engineering, and a first-level doctoral discipline. It encompasses five doctoral programs, namely Information Management and E-commerce, Management Decision Theory and Application, Management Engineering and Industrial Engineering, Internet and Internet Resources Management, and Industrial Organization and Management Control. The school has two first-level master's disciplines: Management Science and Engineering and Business  Administration, which further break down into five master's programs: Management Science and Engineering, Accounting, Business Management, Tourism Management, and Technical Economy and Management. The Business School comprises six departments: Information Management, E-commerce, Business Administration, Accounting, Tourism Management, and a Sino-foreign Joint Education Division. Moreover, there are educational centers such as the MBA Center, MTA Center, MPAcc Center, and International MBA Center. The school offers seven undergraduate programs: Information Management and Information Systems (a top-tier national undergraduate  program), E-commerce, Business Administration, Accounting, Tourism Management, Financial Management, and  Logistics Management.

College of Life Sciences, established in 1950, is one of the earliest six faculties when the university was founded. The college boasts a post-doctoral research station in Biology, a first-level doctoral and master’s discipline of Biology, a first-level master’s discipline of Food Science and Engineering (engineering), a master’s program of Biology Curriculum and Teaching Methodology, and professional master’s programs, including Discipline Teaching (biology),  Science and Technology Education, and Biology and Medicine. The discipline team consists of 126 members, including 116 doctors, among which there are 40 professors and 36 associate professors, 35 doctoral supervisors and 92 master supervisors. School of Physical Education is one of the earliest institutions in China to set up the major of physical education. Since 1984, it has started to admit postgraduate students, and is one of the earliest institutions offering master’s programs of physical education in Shandong Province and with the most complete disciplines and the most directions. The school  offers a first-level master’s discipline of Physical Education, the professional master’s programs of Physical Education  and Education, and 8 master’s programs, including Curriculum and Teaching Methodology (physical education), etc. Meanwhile, the school also provides a doctoral program of “Physical Education Curriculum and Teaching Researh”. “Theory of Sports Pedagogy and Training” is a provincial-level key discipline in Shandong Province, and has been  awarded as a brand major in Shandong Province. In the fourth round of national discipline evaluation, Physical  Education was rated as B-, ranking the top 30% all over the country, and it is one of the 13 class-B disciplines in  Shandong Normal University. Further, Physical Education ranks the 16th nationwide in the Best Chinese Disciplines Ranking 2019 and is among the top 15% all over the country. Physical Education, and Martial Arts and Ethnic Traditional Sports were selected as the earliest national first-level undergraduate disciplines.

School of Chinese Language and Literature has been in continuous development ever since 1950, when its predecessor -- Department of Chinese -- one of the earliest academic unit of Shandong Normal University was set up. It was one of earliest departments to recruit graduate students (in 1955) and to confer master’s degree (in  1981).It was one of the first in Liberal Arts in Shandong Province authorized for granting doctoral degree(in 1998),  one of the first approved to set up Post-doctoral Research Station in Chinese Language and Literature(in 2005), and one of the earliest First-Level Disciplinary authorized to confer doctoral degree in the (in 2006).

The 12 doctorate programs cover majors in Modern and Contemporary Chinese Literature,Literary Studies, Ancient Chinese Literature, Chinese Philology, Linguistics and Applied Linguistics, Comparative Literature and World Literature, Chinese Classical Philology, Curriculum and Teaching Methodology(Chinese Language), Literature and Chinese-Language Education, Literature and Film-and-TV Art, Regional Culture and Ancient Chinese literature,and Literature and Cultural-Industry Studies.The school also provides12 doctorate programs,10 academic master’s degree programs and two professional master’s degree programs.

School of Psychology of Shandong Normal University was dated back to Psychology Teaching and Research Office at the beginning of the university’s establishment, and one of the first institutions conferring the Master of Psychology in China in 1980. In 2006, the School of Psychology was established, becoming the national fourth independent school of  psychology and provincial first independent school. In 2020, it was selected as a high-level construction discipline in  Shandong Province. Up to now, the school has been equipped with the Department of Psychology, Research Institute of  Applied Psychology and Experimental Teaching Center for Psychology. In addition, Shandong Student Mental Health  Development Center, School Bullying and Violence Prevention Committee of Chinese Psychological Society,  Shandong Psychological Society and others are also subordinate to the school. The school now has 19 professors, 17 associate professors and 6 part-time professors, as well as 16 doctoral supervisors and 35 master supervisors. Among them, there is a Huang Danian-style college teacher team, an academician of German National Academy of Sciences, a young talent propagandizing ideology and culture of the Publicity Department of the Communist Party of China, two Taishan Scholars and two new talents in social sciences in Shandong Province.

The school provides a first-level doctoral and master’s discipline of Psychology, including three programs: Basic Psychology, Developmental and Educational Psychology, and Applied Psychology, and offers two professional master’s programs: Mental Health Education and Applied Psychology, among which Mental Health Education admits full-time and part-time postgraduate students. The second-level discipline of Developmental and Educational Psychology is a traditional advanced and characteristic major of the school, which ranks among the top across the country in overall strength and enjoys a good international reputation and influence. The school is configured with advanced and sound psychological experimental teaching and scientific research instruments and equipment, with a laboratory covering an area of more than 6,000m2 and the equipment valuing over RMB 40 million. 學(xué)院擁有近2萬平方米的獨(dú)立教學(xué)大樓，設(shè)有800平米先進(jìn)的演播大廳和各類新聞與傳媒實(shí)驗(yàn)室。其中，現(xiàn)代傳媒實(shí)驗(yàn)教學(xué)中心，設(shè)有11個(gè)實(shí)驗(yàn)室，實(shí)驗(yàn)設(shè)備價(jià)值2000余萬元，是省級(jí)實(shí)驗(yàn)教學(xué)示范中心。完備的設(shè)備條件可以保障學(xué)生的實(shí)習(xí)實(shí)訓(xùn)，以提高專業(yè)技能。學(xué)院高度重視實(shí)習(xí)基地建設(shè)，與大眾報(bào)業(yè)集團(tuán)、山東廣播電視臺(tái)、濟(jì)南日?qǐng)?bào)報(bào)業(yè)集團(tuán)、山東省話劇院及多家區(qū)縣融媒體中心建立了長期的合作關(guān)系，實(shí)習(xí)實(shí)訓(xùn)基地達(dá)30余家，聘請(qǐng)業(yè)務(wù)骨干作為本科生和研究生導(dǎo)師，保障了實(shí)習(xí)實(shí)踐教學(xué)的開展。

學(xué)院現(xiàn)有教職工86人，其中正高級(jí)職稱11人，副高級(jí)職稱30人，博士生導(dǎo)師5人，碩士生導(dǎo)師34人。其中，具有博士學(xué)位的45人，具有碩士學(xué)位的31人，聘請(qǐng)國內(nèi)外兼職、客座教授20余人。學(xué)院有省級(jí)教學(xué)名師2人，校級(jí)教學(xué)名師3人，山東師范大學(xué)教學(xué)能手13人。

學(xué)院位于長清湖校區(qū)。

School of Journalism and Communication, established in 2017, is a young college with a long history and profound culture. Shandong Normal University set up the major of Electronic Education in 1985 and the major of Journalism in 1986, which initiated the higher education of journalism and communication in the university and even Shandong Province. After more than 30 years’ construction, the school has greatly developed its connotation and extension, forming a development pattern with rational major structure, abundant teacher resources, perfect teaching conditions and high scientific research level.

The school has an independent teaching building with an area of nearly 20,000m2 , an advanced broadcasting hall covering an area of 800m2 and various news and communication laboratories. Among them, the Modern Media Experimental Teaching Center is configured with 11 laboratories and experimental equipment worth more than RMB 20 million, and is a provincial-level experimental teaching demonstration center. The complete equipment conditions can guarantee the students’ practical training to improve their professional skills. The school attaches great importance to the construction of practice bases, and has established long-term cooperative relations with Dazhong Newspapering Group, Shandong Radio and TV Station, Jinan Daily Newspapering Group, Shandong Theatre and a great number of district and county convergence media centers. Further, there are more than 30 practical training bases, and business backbones are employed as undergraduate and postgraduate supervisors, so as to ensure the development of practice teaching.

Up to now, the school has 86 faculty members, including 11 with senior professional titles, 30 with associate senior professional titles, 5 doctoral supervisors and 34 master supervisors, including 45 doctors and 31 masters. More than 20 part-time and guest professors at home and abroad are employed. In addition, there are 2 provincial-level famous teachers, 3 school-level famous teachers and 13 teaching experts in Shandong Normal University.

信息科學(xué)與工程學(xué)院其前身計(jì)算機(jī)科學(xué)系成立于1985年12月（其中計(jì)算機(jī)科學(xué)與技術(shù)專業(yè)1984年即開始招生），經(jīng)過37年的發(fā)展和建設(shè)，現(xiàn)已發(fā)展成為師資隊(duì)伍較強(qiáng)、招生規(guī)模較大、培養(yǎng)特色鮮明、教學(xué)科研突出的學(xué)院之一，其中計(jì)算機(jī)科學(xué)與技術(shù)專業(yè)是國家級(jí)一流專業(yè)、國家級(jí)特色專業(yè)和省級(jí)特色專業(yè)，是學(xué)校“山東省名校工程（應(yīng)用基礎(chǔ)型）”重點(diǎn)建設(shè)的十個(gè)專業(yè)之一，是山東省高水平應(yīng)用型重點(diǎn)專業(yè)群建設(shè)專業(yè)之一；通信工程專業(yè)是國家級(jí)一流專業(yè)和省特色專業(yè)。

School of Information Science and Engineering, formally known as the Department of Computer Science, was established in December 1985 (the school began to admit students for Computer Science and Technology in 1984). After 37 years’ development and construction, it has developed into one of the schools with a strong teacher team, large enrollment scale, distinctive training characteristics and outstanding teaching and scientific research. Computer Science and Technology is a national first-class major, a national and provincial-level characteristic major, and one of the school’s ten key majors under “Shandong Famous School Project (Application Fundamentals)”. Communication Engineering is a national first-class major and a provincial characteristic major.

The school boasts abundant teacher resources and rational structure of the teacher team. It currently employs 151 faculty members, including 135 full-time teachers, 32 professors and 46 associate professors; 30 doctoral supervisors and 105 master supervisors; and 123 doctors. Among these teachers, there is a candidate for the National Million Talents Project, a young and middle-aged expert with outstanding contributions to the country, two teachers under the National Thousand Talents Program, and 7 Taishan Scholars.

The school encompasses one first-level doctoral discipline, three first-level master’s disciplines and six professional degree programs. It is equipped with two engineering and technological research centers, one key laboratory and two teaching and scientific research innovation teams in Shandong Province, a national off-campus practical education base, an experimental area of information technology innovative talent training mode for colleges and universities of Shandong Province and an experimental teaching demonstration center for computer science in Shandong Province, as well as a key laboratory for colleges and universities in Shandong Province during the 13th Five-Year Plan period. In recent years, the school has undertaken more than 80 national-level projects and more than 120 provincial-level projects, won 5 ministerial and provincial level awards, and published more than 600 academic papers. Every year, in addition to being admitted to domestic and international first-class universities and scientific research institutes to pursue doctoral degrees, master graduates of the school are mainly employed by colleges and universities, institutions, banks, software and communication companies, etc.
